  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 gram Turmeric Powder
  • 10 gram Curry Powder
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil

How to pan-fry Black Pomfret with Turmeric and Curry Powder?

  1. Marinate fish with salt, turmeric and curry powder. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Fry the fish for about 4-10 minutes (depending on the size of the fish), or until its surface turns golden brown.
