  • 70 gram soybean – soy bean is one of the richest and cheapest sources of protein you can find. Soak the soy bean overnight before cooking will help soften it.
  • 5 medium dried mushroom – soak overnight and remove its stalks
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  1. After that, use 1 tbsp oil to fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes and then take out. Set aside.
