Carrot is added to this recipe for its nutritional benefits and beautiful color to brighten up the dish. The dish is well pair with everything! In today recipe, I will stir-fry the cabbage to produce the mouthwatering and wonderful result.

Recipe Ingredients

The recipe calls for a few basic ingredients and some seasoning sauce to have the delicious cabbage recipe:

  • 300 gram cabbage
  • 1 small/medium size carrot (around 100 gram)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Cook Stir-Fry Cabbage with Carrot?

  1. Cut the cabbage (you can cut it into 1cm/2cm thick, depend on your preference) and cut the carrot into thin strips.

  1. Pour 1 tbsp cooking oil into medium heated wok or pan.

  1. Add carrot strips. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
