How to cook the Soy Sauce Roasted Pumpkin?

  • Wash and cut the pumpkin in small pieces (as shown in the picture)
  • Heat up the wok or pan. Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil. Put in the chopped scallion. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the pumpkin, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
  • Cover it. Medium-low heat simmers for 15 minutes without adding water.
  • Stir it frequently to prevent pumpkin stick on the bottom of the wok or pan.
  • Serve immediately.
