Ingredients

  • 250 gram choy sum
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp shallots oil (with fried shallots)
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add cooking oil and salt.
  • Put in the Choy Sum. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain the Choy Sum and put it on a dish.
  • Put 1 tablespoon shallots with oil and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
