  • 200 gram Okra

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Shallots oil with fried shallots

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add cooking oil.
  • Put in the okra. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain the okra and put it on a dish.
  • Cut the okra head.
  • Put 1 tbsp shallots with oil (you may refer here for the fried shallots oil recipe) and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  • Done and serve immediately.
