- 4 pieces Bread
- 2 Banana medium size
- 2 Egg medium size
- 10 gram Butter
- 10 gram Sugar
Cut the banana into thin slices (around 1 cm). Melt the butter. Beat the eggs. Set aside.
Prepare 4 pieces of bread. Spread one layer of egg liquid on each side of the bread.
Put the banana slices on the bread.
Spread one layer of butter and another layer of egg liquid.
Put some sugar on each of the bread.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Done and serve immediately.
