Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice is a typical Chinese cuisine. Today I will present the most simple and quick Chinese egg fried rice recipe. It is extremely easy to prepare and modify with whatever vegetables you have on hand, The fried rice is great with egg, string bean, scallion, garlic, ginger and some light seasonings. At the end, the rice is well mixed with the egg. It is fine to use wok or pan to cook the dish. Believe me, you will be addicted for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Cooked Overnight Rice
  • 100 gram String Beans
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 small Scallion
  • 5 slices Ginger
  • 5 gloves Garlic

Seosaning

  • 3 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper. Beat them together.
  • Heat a wok with 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Once the wok is hot, add the scallion, ginger, garlic, stir-fry until it fragrant.
  • Add the string beans and 1tsp salt and stir-fry until it soft.
  • Add the cooked overnight rice and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tsp sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
  • Put the rice and the string beans aside. Pour in the eggs and stir-fry it. Then stir to combine with the rice with string beans, continue sautéing the rice. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Done and serve immediately.
