- 6-8 Prawns medium size
- 1 Broccoli medium size
- 1 Capsicum medium size
- 25 gram Cashew nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
In a large pot, add water and bring water to a boil over high heat. After the water boiled, add 1 tsp salt and add the broccoli. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer broccoli to a plate and put under the running water for 15 seconds to stop the cooking process.
In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the yellow capsicum, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add 2 tbsp water and the seasoning (oyster sauce, sugar, and salt), stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp of rice wine and stir-fry for 10 seconds before turn off the fire.
Add the roasted cashew nuts before serving the dish. Done and serve immediately.
