I love to eat scallops. Normally I bought the frozen scallops through the online Facebook live market. The way I thaw them is by putting them in the refrigerator over night. For quicker way, you may run them under cold water or put it in the microwave to speed up the defrost process.

  • Lemon
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter

How to make Lemon Garlic Butter Scallops?

Heat the pan and put in butter over medium heat until hot and sizzling. Add in the minced garlic. Add the scallops in the single layer on the pan without crowding.

Season with salt and pepper on both side layer of the scallops. Fry for 3-4 minutes on one side and then flip to other side and fry for 3 minutes until both side looks lightly browned.

Pour in the lemon juice, stir the scallops for 30 seconds.
